I need a commercial mortgage of around £80,000 to buy an industrial unit. Would anyone know how to go about this and approx how much the repayments would be?

Most mortgage brokers would be able to source you a deal of this nature. This is unregaulated business, so you need to be extra careful. Be vigilant if you are trying to shop around - your credit profile may suffer from excessive credit searches. A 15% deposit makes the finance much easier to obtain, and the interest lower.I am a Mortgage adviser
