My egg loan is up Oct'07 but...(5 year loan)

Right i'll try and cut it short n sweet so here is my query I hope sumone out there can help me understand !!!!!! egg are on about

I got a 5 year loan out for 5k with egg (insured loan) which finishes this year in Octover 2007

My over-all payments to date I have given them is £7684.65 (paid)

This 5k loan was suppose to be £7664.40 over the 5 years

I received a letter whilst on holiday last week that I now owe a final payment of £384.09 yet I pay a monthly payment of £127.74 / month.

I emailed them to ask where on earth they got this final figure from to finish this 5 year loan and once again demanded 5 years of statements so I can prove and show them they are confused BIGTIME.

Any help/advise here would be much appreciated.

Thanks :o
