Hello,
I wondered if anyone knew whether mortgage offers from lenders enrolled with HTB i.e. HSBC would still be valid for buys with a completion date after December?

Thanks for your response, no just AIP I have an appointment with HSBC Mortgage advisor for formal application on Wednesday. Also nervous as will be working in Singapore for a few months next year (although for British company) so they will need to take this into consideration with my application.0
