Buying Iphone - from apple store or John Lewis?

I am planning to buy iPhone 6s.
John Lewis has 2yr warranty. Is there any reason why I should buy from apple store directly and not JL ?

If you have a warranty issue with JL they will refer you to Apple in the first year anyway (because it saves you time) and you have the Apple 1 year warranty.0
