Hypnos wool bundle Facebook Competition: Monday 10th October 2016 – Sunday 16th October 2016
1. Hypnos’ wool bundle Competition (“The Competition”) is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Promoter ("Hypnos") its agent(s) ("Bright") or anyone professionally connected with this Competition.
2. The Competition will give each entrant a chance to win one wool bundle.
3. Entrants will be in the running to win a wool bundle which consists of two wool pillows, a wool filled mattress protector and a bag of wool balls to help customise pillow comfort and each bundle is worth a maximum of £360 (based on a king size protector).
a. The final value of the competition prize is dependent on the size of the winners bed (e.g. single or double) and the size bundle they require
b. The wool bundle prize is only available for standard bed sizes and not bespoke or non-standard sizes The Competition Period is Monday 10th October 2016, 8am – Sunday 16th October 2016, 11.59pm
c. To enter the Competition, entrants must visit the Hypnos Facebook page and like the Competition post
d. Fans can enter multiple times but are only eligible to be in with the chance of winning one prize (a wool bundle) during the Competition Period
4. The winner of the wool bundle will be chosen via a random draw and they will be announced on Facebook on Friday 21st October 2016 at the latest. The winner will be announced on the Hypnos Facebook wall or competition post and will be asked to send a direct message with their contact details on. Arrangements will then be made for the delivery of the prize.
5. The wool bundle prize includes: a. Two wool pillows b. A wool filled mattress protector c. A bag of wool balls to customise pillow comfort
6. Relevant terms and conditions will apply to the winner’s prize.
7. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with delivery of the prize.
8. The Winner of the wool bundle will be notified on the days outlined above in point 4 and will have 48 hours to confirm acceptance of their prize otherwise a different winner will be chosen from the remaining valid entries.
9. By entering this Competition all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
10. Third party entries or entries from ‘fake’ accounts used for competition entry, will not be accepted.
11. The Promoter and the agent(s) are not liable for any additional costs.
12. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
13. There will be no more than one attempt to contact the winner. Should the winner not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen at random and the same rules will apply.
14. The competition prize will be sent out within one month from the end date of the competition (29th November 2016).
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering the Competition or any entries delayed or corrupted. Numerous factors outside the control of the Promoter may interfere with the operation of the websites. The Promoter does not therefore guarantee continuous uninterrupted or secure access to websites.
16. No purchase necessary.
17. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this Competition or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
18. All registrants will require internet access and a valid email address to claim their Prize.
19. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, The Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
20. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this Competition, although the Promoter will always endeavor to minimise the effect on entrants of any such failure.
21. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, or in the spirit of the Competition, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse to honour any of the vouchers awarded. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Competition at any time with no liability to any entrant or any third-party.
