Tesco Plastic Egg Boxes

I went to Tesco today and bought some eggs amongst other things.
The eggs in Tesco no longer come in recycled or recyclable cardboard boxes!
They are in plastic cartons and yes, you guessed right - they cannot go into our Recycling bin
It makes me so Mad.
I am about to write a letter to Tesco Head Office.
Just wish the farm shop was alot nearer.

What are Tesco's playing at? Consumers demand less packaging more recycling and Tesco's do this, at least the cardboard egg boxes could be recycled or out in compost0
