Just wanted to say that you, as always, hit exactly the right note in balancing common sense with probabilities, and attempting to reduce some of the hysteria and panic. Loads of mentions of this site too :j - hope the flood of newbies doesn't slow the servers down .

Have to say, the woman from Northern Rock who came on at 11.00 didn't impress me one bit. All she had was one mantra "your money is completely safe", which even she didn't sound convinced about :rolleyes: . They should have asked you back for a second session, instead of bothering to get her on.
