I want to buy my house ☹️️

First ever post, here goes...
I'm in a DMP with my husband. Original debt was £25k and we have now got it down to £11k. Our plan states we will be debt free in 2022. We have never missed a payment.
We are both 35 and live in a council house which we really want to buy. We actually earn good money between us, about £60k
With the right to buy discount we could buy our house for about £180k (amazing for 3bed house in Cambridge!)
Does anyone know of any lenders who would even consider us?
