help needed with pension

HI all i am new to this board and was wondering if anyone can offer me any advice on what to do about my pension. the story so far...
I have worked within the nhs for 7 years as a nurse . I left the nhs to start my new job on 10th september at a Nuffield Bupa hospital. I am unsure what to do about my pension now. Is it best to freeze my nhs pension or should i transfer it?The Nuffield offer two types of pension.One is a group peronal pension plan. along with this plan i can participate in Pensense, a salary sacrifice scheme. The other type i can join is the nuffield hospital's stakeholder pension scheme. I am a bit lost as to what to do and would welcome any advice you could offer me. many thanks
