so today i signed up with PlayLotto (1400 sb) and shavekits but neither seem to have credited to the account. anyone got any experience with them

Swagbucks for offers aren't always instant, sometimes it can take a little while.
If they don't appear you can contact Swagbucks and they'll look into it.
It's possible the offers haven't tracked, but if you can prove you've done them they should credit you for them.0
