I haven't been to a GA meeting as the thought of it fills me with dread to be honest, and I sort of see it as a "last resort" type thing which I guess probably isn't the best outlook... I'll do some research on it and see how I feel.

The most positive thing about GA is that you meet people who really understand you, and those that keep meeting every week stay off gambling. There truely is nothing to fear, if you live in Kent then I'd be happy to attend a meeting with you for support.
