Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
This promotion is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of TSB Bank plc, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

To Enter
Email entries: for entrants who have received and are entering via email, simply select the month when your home insurance is due for renewal and complete the form, where applicable, to be entered into the prize draw.
Online entries: for entrants who are entering online simply click the link on our homepage at tsb.co.uk, complete the online form and click enter.

The Prize
Prize is a £500 Homebase gift card.
The gift card is subject to Homebase Terms and Conditions.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no cash alternative available.
You do not have to have an account with TSB Bank to enter this promotion. No purchase necessary.
In the event that any winner refuses acceptance of the prize or, for whatever reason, cannot accept the prize, or if TSB is unable to make contact with any winner within 7 days of the applicable draw date (9 January 2017), TSB reserves the right to re-draw the prize and award it to an alternative winner.
The winner’s details (name and county) will be available for six weeks from the draw date by sending a SAE to: Pick and Protect Prize Draw, TSB Bank plc, Great Park Road, Almondsbury Business Park, Bristol, BS32 4QQ.

Timings
The prize draw runs from 07.00 BST 9 May 2016 to 23.59 BST 31 December 2016. The draw will take place two weeks after the closing date.
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received and will be notified by email and sent the gift card within 14 days of the draw date (9 January 2017).

Other Conditions
By taking part in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the winner may result in forfeiture of their prize.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Homebase. You understand that any information you have provided is to TSB and not Homebase and that Homebase have no liability for any element of this Promotion. TSB’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
TSB reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
