pay loan off or add to mortgage

Hi All.
I have 2 loans 11k and 4k (£351/month) I have a mortgage of 100k on property valued at £180k.
s it better to add the 15k loan onto the mortgage and pay the 301 into the mortgage or keep them seperate?
