Yes - excellent news. Even more of our kids, grandkids, nephews and nieces see their chances of buying a home disappear.

Are you are first time buyer in Yorkshire and Humber, Wales or the North West where asking prices have fallen this month?. This supposed increase seems to be driven by the usual volatile numbers from London. Are we supposed to believe that asking prices are up nearly 10 per cent in one London borough and down 5 per cent in another?

The average UK house price doesn't mean much if you are buying in Kensington or Doncaster?

Yes, but they were too stupid to be born 20 years earlier, and are therefore frivilous wasters who are not entitled to the security that home ownership entails.

I challenge anyone who welcomes this news to even pretend that they believe otherwise.

Boo hoo hoo, terrible isn't it, poor little kiddies being born today...

It makes you wonder why so many people are still having kids when life is so harsh and unfair in this country?
