  • It's thursday, 8.28pm, and the tension is begining to build, my OH is very touchy, just had a VERY quiet shopping trip, dont think we spoke more than five words to each other. He's just gone to bed, and now I have nothing to do and no one to talk to, (altogether now......................AAWWWWW! lol)
Seriously, though I keep getting this sinking feeling in my stomach everytime I think about Monday, and then the following of the dreaded OR interview, whenever that will be! My OH is stressing about the court appointment, I'm, on the other hand dreading the OR!

This situation certainly brings out a vast range of emotion, although its my OH that is going BR, I feel guilty about it being solved in this way, I feel guilt for pushing and pushing my OH to do something, ie going BR, as there was really no other way out. I feel angry at myself for feeling this uptight about it, as our situation is quite straightforward, compared to some of the cases I read here, we have no house to loose, and wont be facing homelessness, we have no business to fight for, amongst other problems people here are facing.................. and still I seem to wallow in what seems to be self pity?:o Is that the right word, I really dont know........certainly a strange feeling and I dont like it much.!!!!! :(
Hope I havent offended anyone, I just wanted to offload a little, and feel quite unable to articulate how I feel......
.....time to go raid the fridge, now is the right time to comfort eat! LOL(like I need an excuse!

The OR will go through every bit of papework you provide him with

    Can someone help on this?

As well as 3 copies of each of the forms do I also need to take all my credit card bills, loan agreements etc to court or do I send those to the OR afterwards?

    Thanks

No. You will need between 1 and 3 copies of the forms for court. This is simply because some courts will photocopy the original for you, while others expect you to bring them with you. Check with your particular court.

Unless you are told otherwise, statements/agreements will be requested by the OR at a later date. Again check with your court.
