Sunday Times Where Was I? competition
The prize:
The winner and a guest will stay for three nights, B&B, at the Hôtel du Petit Moulin — a pocket-sized Parisian couture hotel in one of the fashionable corners of the Marais, designed by Christian Lacroix. The rooms — as you’d expect — are lush and richly coloured, and the location is hard to beat. Chocolatiers, bars and fashion boutiques abound, and you’re a short walk from the restored Musée Picasso.
Also included in the prize are return rail tickets in Eurostar Standard Premier class. With Eurostar, you can travel from London to the heart of the French capital in just over two hours.
The prize must be taken before November 30, 2016, subject to availability and excluding French public holidays.
Questions
1 At which station did I alight?
Answer: Hendon Central
2 Who was the aviator?
Answer: Claude Grahame-White
