    That old couple, with no assets, except there house, owed money to a dodgy solicitor, they couldn't pay, and the case was dropped.

    So not always succesfull are they lol !!

    I can't watch those programmes as they make me too angry.

    I'm delighted they failed - the basic rule applies that 'they can't take what you haven't got'. But as you & I know, bailiffs are about harassment to cough up the cash more than taking control of assets.

    I was just making the point that they have access to databases that can often track people down who have gone into hiding.
