• By entering this cracking competition you agree to be contacted by the elite Karma Club.
• Entry to prize draw is open to all residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, except employees and the immediate family of Kingfisher Beer Europe Ltd, their agents or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
• The competition will open at 9am on Friday 23rd September and will close at 11.59pm on Friday 28th October 2016.
• Some promotions appear across media with different treatment.
• Only one entry per Facebook account. No third party or bulk entries are permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using any means to circumvent this condition that person’s entries will be disqualified, any prize entitlement will be withdrawn and a redraw will take place. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt. Winners may be requested to provide proof of ID and household address. ID must be in the name of the person who has entered the prize draw.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries incomplete, corrupted, delayed, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received for whatever reason.
• The prizes consist of:1st Prize – A two week stay in Haathi Mahal, Goa for four guests, in two hotel units, stay is inclusive of breakfast and guests will receive discount vouchers on F&B up to 30% plus discount vouchers on spa treatments up to 40%. 2nd Prize – A one week stay in Kumarakom, Kerala, for two guests, in one hotel unit, stay is inclusive of breakfast plus a lunch for two in a river boat, plus guests will receive a spa voucher of 30% discount. 3rd Prize - A one week stay in Ratan Haveli, Jaipur for two guests, in one hotel unit, guests will receive two sightseeing tickets to go to one of the Forts and take an elephant ride.
• The prize is valid for 12 months from date of issue, if the prize has not been booked within this time period it will expire and become invalid.
• The winners must contact Odyssey for their booking (details will be provided) and must present the voucher given to them at the point of winning.
• The prize is not inclusive of visas, flights, or any other associated costs. These elements are to be organised by the winners.
• There is no cash or alternative to the prize stated, and the prize is not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If winners are unable to attend the prize event for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
• The winners will be notified by email within 4 days of the closing date.
