Hi all
I stumbled across this this morning:
http://www.isometricsstrength.com/?inf_contact_key=3c679cb2961c93ca78e8bf752f1496dff13a0b97ab38e257de0b31b0b1fa24f0
I'm quite new to this kind of fitness training so it is hard to assess what he's saying. But I do yoga and I love the idea of doing training without weights or equipment.
But I'm always worried but that style of selling on the web and it tends to get my alarm bells ringing. I instantly think scam of some sort. But I am sceptical by nature.
So I google looking for info about whether it is a scam and if it is how exactly the scam works. I couldn't find anything - just favourable reviews.
So I wondered if any of the savvy folk around here could shed some light on it?
Many thanks
Max

Seems a lot of money for something that you can just do yourself to me.

The price when you get through the endless (and repetitive) spew is $7. So not all that much. I just hate all of that "Should be $100000000000 but yours for $7".... And to make it worse, the additional "Today only".....
I just read this and Todd features a lot in the comments section, which at least gives me faith that he is human.

Why not just look for free examples of isometric exercises online? You can find good demonstrations of virtually all strength exercises (incl isometric) on Youtube
Or buy a book or look in the local library?
PS - don't forget to breathe normally!0 -
What do you hope to achieve? You want bigger muscles? Isometrics has some application to strength training as it trains neural pathways. To increase muscle mass you have to actually damage and stress the muscle through a full range of motion.
Save your money and use a well known health an fitness website like precisionnurtrition0
