Benidorm in November

Hi
We did not get a summer holiday this year so we are looking for a cheap break away for a few days. There are some good offers to Benidorm in November from both Belfast and Dublin. We have never been away at that time of the year and we were wondering what the weather is like in Benidorm in November. Is it shorts and tee shirts during the day with something warmer in the evening? Is it swimming weather?
We are also concerned that the place may die in November with few holiday makers about and lots of the bars may close down early or not be opened at all. Is this the case?
Any help much appreciated

Average temp seems to be around 15 degrees, which isnt shorts and t shirts weather really. Cant comment directly on Benidorm but some years ago we went to Majorca mid / end of Oct and the resort was practically deserted and some of the shops / restaurants / bars had started to close up for the winter. Weather was "ok" during the day, but long trousers and fleece weather in the evening. Whilst we all probably wish there were less other holidaymakers about when we're on hols, you'd be surprised how bleak a place becomes without any.
Look for deals in the Canary Islands for warm winter weather and resorts that are open all year round.
We did Lanzarote on our last 2 winter breaks (really fantastic) and are doing an all inclusive in Tenerife this year over Christmas.
Megacheap deals to Benidorm in November are cheap for a reason...
Oh, and you might be better posting on the holidays board rather than the NI board.0 -
Hope you've got your Euro's anyway. After the big crash overnightI started out with nothing......And still have most of it left:p0

Tenerife would be a better destination, treat yourself and book into the "NEW" HardRock Hotel - they have some great new opening offers!0

Go all inclusive. Fixed price now, no currency variance to worry about0

dont even think of getting them at the Post Office!
Well POST OFFICE ON-LINE always beats the local banks etc
I agree Not the post office counter

The Bureau de Change in Buttercrane, Newry beats that, but not by enough to drive more than a few miles to do so - although they dont require you to buy a minimum of £400 to get a decent rate.
