The Prize Draw runs from Monday 26th September between 00:00:01 GMT and 23:59:59 GMT Friday 14th October 2016.
4. To be entered in to this prize draw you must have either filled out a data capture card and handed into shore or entered your details on wallis.co.uk/girlonatrain
5. Only one entry per person per Prize Draw Period. Wallis does not accept responsibility for network, computer, and hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
6. The winner will be drawn at random (under the supervision of an independent person) on Monday 17th October 2016. The winner will be notified by 17:00 Friday 21st October 2016. Wallis’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. There is one prize of a trip to New York for two including flights and hotel.
8. If the Prize is not claimed within 7 days of the winner being notified, Wallis reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.
9. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Wallis reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing with a value the same or greater than the original Prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.

Reading the T&C it doesn't mention having to like the facebook page nor does it give a link to the page. From that perhaps amend your title so non FBs can enter?
