Old CCJ Mortgage

Options
Hi Everyone

I am really in the dark here... We have recently been approached by a family member with a property on the market for sale of £100,000 beautiful place.
We are currently in rental 525pcm both work two jobs each affordability isnt an issue

However.. two CCJs one to the value of £550 to be removed on 29/011/2016
Second 21/08/2018 value £255.00 due to a water bill I didn't receive at my new address after a violent relationship. We have approached a broker and he has advised we stand a good chance. Never used one before and feel we are putting a lot of trust into him.

Has anyone else had a similar experience or can anyone offer any advise to hopefully put my mind a rest. Precise mortgages advised we wait until December when the 1st CCJ has been removed but I am afraid we do not have the time as we will loose the house we are interested in.

TIA

  • I'd imagine there would be a solution out there however I'd probably use Precise as a last chance saloon option rather than a first choice.
