Does anyone have a electric steam pressure cooker help req

Hi
I have a daniel james 10 in 1 electric pressure cooker.
1. Came with no insructiovpns, so i obtained the number fron this site and rang them
What a waste of tome email instructions, which are rubbish.
Telephone back advised to look on utube. Cant find any lid assembley insructions.
Rang back again, operative got shirty, and finally admitted all she does is answer the phone and does not know how the lid should be assembled. There is no one there who can answer my question
So

What i need to know is

Does the 3 pronged arm, sit on top of the pot, or should the rubber it attach to the lid somehow.
Also
The pressure relief valve, do i take the gasket off, as if i do it just sits lose in the hole.

Any help whatso ever would be much appricated,
