Terms & Condition – Sours competition - Win a Fiat 500 Popstar in Red
This promotion shall be governed the following Specific Terms.
1. The promotion opens for entries on the 05/10/16 (00.01hrs). The closing date for entries is 01/11/16 (23.59). This promotion is only open to persons who are GB (England, Scotland, Wales) residents aged 18 or over, except employees of, Maxxium UK Limited, Booker Limited, any registered Premier Stores or members, families, agents or anyone associated with this promotion.
2. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants. The Promoters may require such information as they consider reasonably necessary for this purpose and a prize may be withheld unless and until the Promoters are satisfied with the verification.
3. Only one entry per consumer will be permitted.
4. Automated/bulk entries and entries from third parties will be disqualified. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
5. Internet access required, no purchase necessary.
6. There is 1 Fiat 500 Popstar in Red to be won. The prize includes car tax valid until October 2017, standard manufacturer warranty of 3 years up to October 2019 valid at any official Fiat dealership and all registration, and on the road costs. All other costs associated with the prize including without limitation insurance, maintenance and running costs of the vehicle are the responsibility of the winner from the date of their ownership. No warranty or guarantee is given by the Promoter in relation to the prize.
7. The winner must have appropriate insurance in place at time of collection along with photo ID and valid driving licence prior to receipt of the vehicle.
8. The winner will be drawn at random from valid entries.
9. To enter the consumer must visit the Premier website (https://www.premier-stores.co.uk) and click on the competition tab, follow the entry instructions and enter their name, address and contact details. Once the entry has been submitted they will be entered into the prize draw. After the closing date the winner will then be picked at random from all of the valid entries.
10. Winner will be notified within 14 days of closing date. The winner must confirm whether he or she wishes to claim the prize within 14 days of receiving notification. If the winner fails to do so, the winner shall forfeit their prize and the Promoter may offer the prize to another entrant.
11. Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid and will not be entered into the prize draw.
12. The winner should allow 28 working days for delivery of the prize from receipt of notification that he/she is a winner.
13. The winner may be required to take part in publicity.
14. The winner’s name will be available on https://www.premier-stores.co.uk
15. By participating in this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
16. Booker Limited’s sole involvement with the promotion is providing the advertisement of it on their Premier website (https://www.premier-stores.co.uk). Booker Limited accept no liability for any errors that occur on the Premier website and/or the entry form. No claims in respect of the entry, participation or running of the competition will be accepted by Booker Limited.
17. The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw, amend or temporarily suspend the promotion at their absolute discretion, provided that they shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
18. The Promoters and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in participating in this promotion.
19. The promotion may not be available in all stores.

The stores in the dropbox for "Please select your local store" don't relate to any of the Premier stores in my area that are shown on the main pages "Search for a store".

OK ... Refreshed the page and now I have a drodown list of what looks like every store they have .. in no particular order .. so have to scroll through them all!

Gave up searching for local store and just clicked "Enter" ..it went through.

Click on the drop down and then press the first letter of the local store name on your keyboard, keep pressing and scroll through all the names until you find your local store. It took me a while to find one on the list near me.
