Pinecone Logon Problems

I've been doing Pinecone surveys for several years now. Received an invitation to a new survey the other day, tried to log on and was greeted with the message "Sorry, we do not have this username on file". Obviously I checked and double-checked that I'd entered my user ID and password correctly.


I sent an email to Karen Scott as per the instructions in the email invitation ( "email Karen if you have any problems" ) but have not received a reply. Any ideas ? Has this site closed down or something ?

I had the same problem a couple of days ago. After a lot of panicking (I have over £50 worth of points) I found that I could log in from their own website, just not from the survey invite. I think a lot of people have had trouble since they updated there website.

Website is operating. Try login to the website directly, sometimes survey links are broken.

Thanks folks. It's still not recognising my user ID. Guess I'll just have to wait to see if Karen replies to my email
