They told me as well that i was the competition winner of the perfumes valued 700 pounds what a dissappointment when i phoned them up to be told there is a glinch on the computer how can people get away with this i think they should send everyone a little something for the inconvenience

I got the same e-mail - guttedor what!!! I think that they need to honour this as it was their computer fault....or send us a compensation prize at least!! Bad Beauty Base....... bad publicity!!!

If they honour the prize to the 5000+ people who got the email by mistake, they'll be out of pocket by at least £3,500,000. Not going to happen.

And they sent an email with a 10% off code for compensation. Not the best and I won't be using it, but they apologised, it was a mistake and that's that. It's just another non-win.
