Good luck with those.
At work we are withdrawing those models because of being slow both on Win and Win 10.0 -

I have windows 10 on my netbook and 12 year old desktop (which urgently needs replacing). Both run slowly with windows 10, but a lot better after uninstalling some preinstalled bloatware and tweaking the settings.
I went for the 4gb model for that reason, as doubt 2gb is sufficient.New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0 -

These are probably only worth £79 anyway due to being outdated , I'd spend a but more on a newer processor etcEx forum ambassador

It's good for people on a budget. I paid £169.99 in total as needed a new monitor etc, (can't afford anything else), but it will be more than adequate for college work, and my extensive retro games collectionNew forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0 -
At least I now know where all the 745, 755 & 760s went after we sent them to the recycling company
A 780 with 4-8Gb makes a fair job of Win 7 & 100 -

To this supplier? Still a bargain and I am tech savvy. Hopefully this might be useful for others like myself.New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0 -
No the recycler probably sold them on after cleaning off our asset tags and checking them over.
On a serious note this is the origin of these machines, discards after companies have done an upgrade. 745s are 10+ years old and the others not much newer0 -

I'll keep the thread updated with how I get on with mine. Considering a monitor would set me back around £60 or more, its a good price for my needs.New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!0
