Hi All
Im looking to remortgage my flat as my fix term has finished with Halifax and now they are saying the best they can offer is 2.59% for another 2 years.
Can I get batter deal than that I still have £152k left on my mortgage?

That would depend on the loan to value represented by that £152k.

House value was £179k back in 2014, we bought it for £174k,
Mortgage - £156k
Deposit - £18k
2014 mortgage rate was 4.99%
