LOVE2SHOP HUDDLEBUY discount cards?

i bought a HUDDLEBUY/LOVE2SHOP card through Perksbox a few days ago. i received the card and activated it online as per the instructions.

i tried to use the card in iceland supermarket today but the cashier said that it was declined. she put it in the credit/debit card machine. is this the right way to use it? or should it be swiped on the iceland till? i'm just confused if it was her mistake or if this card is a scam and that i've wasted quite a bit of money!

also, does anyone know if it can be used online? or only in stores?

Hi, to view the list of accepting retailers for the Love2shop Card you need to log into the Love2shop website.

Before you went shopping did you check the balance of your card?

ive had trouble using lovetoshop vouchers/ cards at iceland before and it turns out that the store i had tried at wasn't trained properly on how to use them, after i called the lovetoshop helpline
