Does anyone know. If a recipe calls for wonton which isn't available everywhere I was just going to use filo?

Don't really know about that, but when we make samosas at home, we use filo pastry or spring roll pastry and then bake or fry.

I think it would depend what you wanted the wonton wrapper for.
A lot of wonton are steamed & I don't think filo pastry would be nice steamed (but I could be wrong !)

Thanks for replies. It wasn't to steam but to bake so I will have a go and see what happens0
