Toilet and Sink for under stairs - prices?

Exciting thread here....Anyone know the rough cost of a toilet and sink for under the stairs?

Small and basic is grand.

I went to Haldane Fisher and got a quote of £284, but if anyone has had recent experience and can recommend somewhere for me to price around, please let me know :beer:

Don't know if it's any good to you but we were in Habitat ReStore in Ballymena on Saturday and they were selling toilet and basins like you're looking for. They were under £100 (new not second hand).

If you're only looking for the price of the sanitary wear then about 200-300 is about right. Thought for a minute you were looking for the rough total costs.

Try bathshack. Remember to include a fan if you want it to pass building control.

The sanitary ware will only be small part of the cost. You need to factor in cost of getting water in and waste out. Also electric for lighting and extractor etc. Then cost of maybe ripping up a tile or wood floor and digging outside to get access to sewer. Then cost of making all good again. Finally cost of plumber/electrician.
