    Your meal plan sounds amazing!

    We are having, in no particular order;

    Bolognese
    Spanish chicken
    Shepherd's pie
    Toad in the hole (definitely Thursday)

    Porridge (which my daughter was complaining about last night, but very glad of this morning) with fruit and bacon sandwiches for breakfast.

    We have pulled pork and potatoes for chips, and gammon steaks for lunches. I'm also making the autumnal Indian warming soup from frugal feeding which has just been brought to my attention for lunches. DD has packed lunches with ham sandwich, boiled egg, yoghurt, clementine and pomegranate seeds.

  • Ohhhh...never seen this thread before and I think I'll like it as I'll use it to get inspiration however I'd like to focus on my lunches as that is where I tend to fall short, spend money and go unhealthy;

    Monday - Ham, pepperoni, cheese and lettuce sub roll
    Tuesday - Same as above to finish off the baguette
    Wednesday - Spicy tuna wrap with sweetcorn and lettuce
    Thursday - Same as above to finish off the wraps and lettuce
    Friday - Cous cous with roasted spicy chicken

    I have got a big pack of chicken which I'll use for dinners and I will not visit a SM this week. Mark my words.
