This is my first post, just heard that morrisons from tomorrow are offering 3 goodfellas thin and crispy pizza's (pepperoni and mozzarella flavours) for the price of one, normally priced at £2 ish. so you are getting over six pounds worth of pizza for just over two pound. A bargain for you pizza lovers.

Do these still have hydrogenated fats in?
Goodfellas seem to be one of the few brands that still use this stuff in some of the varieties http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trans_fatSeth.0 -

I love my pizza, and I'm afraid anything in a box is just crap compared to a proper pizza in a restaurant, or better yet a takeaway from Dominos!
I'd gladly "save up" the £12+ for a decent dominos over 3 or 4 lumps of cheesy/tomatoey crapola from a supermarket... yuk.
Pizza is definately one of those areas where "you get what you pay for". Whilst I agree the full dominos prices are daylight robbery, there's usually a way to strike a good deal by collecting or similar...0 -
thanks for the tip coxy keep 'em coming!0

Here we go with all the how crap frozen pizzas are for you like we all have £12 to spend on one pizza each.
Remember though this is a decent deal nearly every supermarket including Morrison's normally always sell Goodfellas for about £1 each anyway so you're not really saving as much as you think:)Darren0 -
Totally disagree about the comments about quality of some frozen pizzas. Asda's own 3 for £3 are excellent quality. I'm amazed how they do it at the price.0

But sometimes, it's not about the price of the ingredients - you could apply the same sort of reasoning to offcuts of low-grade meat combined with a pile of rice and spicy gravy (Indian), or noodles and sauce (chinese)... Or for that matter we could all agree that many meals in restaurants are overpriced!
You are paying for someone's time as well, and also the enjoyable eating experience.
I think it's a fact that a Dominos pizza just tastes better, and is a better experience when shared with a few mates over a game of poker etc... I for one generally never pay the menu price, but the collection deals at 8.99 or so for a pizza that can feed 2 or 3 is not bad in my book. All prepared food or takeaways are going to cost more than an item for a supermarket, which in turn is usually more than the raw ingredients - it's just fact of life.0 -
Dominos are one of the worst for hygiene records!0
