Nationwide DIP

Hello,
Probably been asked many times, can anyone tell me, from their own experience perhaps, how reliable DIPs are from Nationwide. Buying a property- offer accepted. LTV 94%. We have been given a DIP and it is showing up on my credit file as 'Building society' on the date it was issued.
The application has gone in but I was just wondering if we should be reassured that we can see the credit search and touch wood- it all seemed to go through smoothly.
I know you shouldn't count your blessings but should we be feeling fairly confident we can get it? We are going via a broker.
