Daniel james housewares phone no

My son has just bought me a daniel james housewares electric pressure cooker.

Looks nice, but despite searching utube, ive no idea how it works.
The very badly written insruction manuel, tells you to contact them if there are parts missing, which i think there may be.
However i cant find any contact number anywhere, have searched the web etc

Anyone got this secret info?
