I suppose it'll depend on where you live, but here in Sheffield there is a great shop called 'Home bargains' that sells branded goods at very low prices. Last week I got sun cream for my daughter at least £4 cheaper than it would have been in Boots or Superdrug. I don't know if this shop is a national chain cos I've never seen one anywhere else.

Bought some sun cream- various bottles of joint factors up to 25 I believe- in "Savers"- the shop like superdrug. I bought some when I went to Brighton for a day out on Bank Holiday Monday and they had a free 400ml after sun with Aloe Vera in it.

The one I got was 100ml factor 20 and 200ml factor 10 in one (with 2 lids but joined together)- its made by Delph and is water resistant and it protected me (I am a red head and burn easily). My hubby got burnt at the weekend as he forgot to take his sun cream with him (naughty boy) and the after sun (400ml free one) took the burn right down and soothed it immediately. All in all a good buy and I always buy Lancaster to go away with as I find it the best, so this must have been good!

The price would be helpful- £2.59 (roughly- may have been 10p cheaper?) and worth it not to get burnt!!!!

You could try Asda. I got some there today and their own make is £2.64 right up to factor 30.

Yes, its on the Moor. Apologies to those of you who don't live in Sheffield!

Poundland also great, but you have to be careful. Today I saw some furniture polish in there for £1, but actually it's only 79p in Tesco!! You can't assume it's cheaper just because it says so.
