Terms and conditions

• The prize is: Two Premium Economy Class tickets on Singapore Airlines, from London Heathrow or Manchester to Singapore.
• Tickets may not be upgraded to any other class of travel. Closing date for entries is: 2359 on October 31, 2016
• The tickets are valid for the winner plus a companion and are valid for travel until 30th September 2017, all travel must be completed by this date. Please note that all Government taxes and charges (including fuel surcharge), are included as part of the prize.
• Singapore Airlines will do all possible to meet preferred travel dates although there may be some periods when demand precludes this. Kindly be advised that due to embargo periods these tickets are not valid for outbound travel between 10DEC16-15JAN17, 31MAR-18APR17, and 01AUG-15AUG17.
• Please note a valid and in-date passport will be required along with a valid visa.
• The prize does not include any transport to or from your departure or arrival airports.
• The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the promoters.
• No purchase necessary.
• Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry.
• Flights are subject to availability and Flights may be changed or cancelled by the airline for administrative reasons without prior notice.
• Frequent flyer miles cannot be accrued or redeemed in connection with prize tickets, nor can prize tickets be redeemed for cash.
• Accommodation is not provided in the prize and is the responsibility of the prize-winner to book and pay for
• You are requested to make contact with the competition organiser at least one month prior to your preferred departure dates so that bookings can be completed in good time to avoid disappointments
• You can enter the competition if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 18+. Employees of Singapore Airlines, their families or any agencies or persons connected with the promotion may not enter.
• When you enter the promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and agree that if you win, Singapore Airlines may publish your surname and county
• You must provide your full name, address and daytime phone number. Singapore Airlines will use your personal details to administer this promotion, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without your permission.
• Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited and will not be counted
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered and will not be returned. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random within a week after the closing date
• There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final
• Winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date. A list of winners can be obtained by contacting Singapore Airlines within six weeks of the closing date
• Singapore Airlines reserve the right to change these rules or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion if circumstances arise beyond our control
• If Singapore Airlines cannot contact the winner within 14 days of the closing date, Singapore Airlines will offer the prize to a runner up, or re-offer the prize in another promotion
• Singapore Airlines excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of a prize.

Someone queried this on the website, and they said that was the terms and conditions for Singapore Airlines, who are not providing the accommodation. hth
