Land registry update mortgage

Hi there,

I know there were loads of delays last year with the land registry - does anyone know how long it would take for a new mortgage to show up on the title deeds of a house that is registered already but was previously owned outright?

The delays that you refer to relate to certain type of applications, such as first registration, registration of new lease, transfer of part of the land, etc. where the average completion times are longer.
