Hi again, just belatedly following this thread up.
"Forthwith" here means the court expects payment in full immediately, hence your wife is already in default on the judgment and the claimant could now apply for enforcement action if they haven't already done so. All the more reason to follow the advice about "setting aside" in fatbelly's last-but-one post.
