Don't worry - my anger is not just vented at Santander - but all the providers.
We have had 3 cash offers
1) Changed mind 3 weeks in
2) Solicitor advised to pull out without doing the work - we knew the problem that they suggested was there but our solicitor had evidence to show it didnt exist as a prob and the solicitor refused to resolve it!
3) Changed mind
If you look at the market economy this place is in demand - it is lending criteria that is stopping a sale - not people wanting the property!0
