Just looked and I have some sweet potatoes to be used up and a jar (I know, a jar) of yummy Rogan Josh curry.
So, do I boil the sweet potato first or let it cook in the sauce?

Roast it in a bit of olive oil with any other veg you can muster eg onion cauliflower then add the sauce mmmmmm0
