    OP do you have a plan to pay off the mortgage, you must have done when signed for the 'Interest only' mortgage' right?

    It sounds like the plan was to sell off some of the land or the house or both and be left with the other or not, but this is a poster that doles out information in tiny lumps as if its precious yet expects to get solid advice on the back of guesswork and assumptions.
