Mortgage with Rent a Roof Lease

Hi. I'm looking for some help. To cut the long story short, I have solar panels on my roof as part of a rent a roof scheme. I am looking for a re-mortgage, for a better deal, but struggling to find a lender due to this.
Can someone tell me what lenders are out there that will provide a mortgage where the roof space has been leased out to a solar panel company.
