Okay so it isn't like I'm a newbie but I've only just discovered the control area of the site to allow you to see every post you've made rather than subscribed to. Does anyone know of a forum walk through?

(I'm not a technophobe by any means but I have never seen this facility before, it was my one year old hitting the screen that found it! All those lost posts!!! Grrr)
