Best budget laptop??

Hi. Please recommend the best laptop to cope with my needs: I regularly browse the internet and have 10-15 tabs open. I save a few documents in office. I save some pictures. I use email. That's about it.

Have a look at the Chromebooks, It does everything you use it for. I have one (obviously) and it is just perfect.Very quick to start and finish, has built in security - no need to buy extra, stores photos, does documents and spreadsheets - all built in. Love mine to bits. Have a look.

Asus E200 was rated as the best budget buy laptop in June this year by "Which?". About £180 at Amazon.
