• The prize is subject to availability but will be for a maximum of 8 people and may be booked during the period from 1 November to 7th April 2017 (excluding 19th December to 4th January 2017)
• The prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The prize is accommodation basis only and specifically excludes food and travel related costs.
• The prize is non transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The house is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• The prize must be accepted and booked within four weeks of being notified as the winner.
• Any upgrades/concierge services may be added to the prize for the additional costs of the upgrades.
