magazine week 2007 vouchers

I have been to whs, mcoll's (martins whatever!!) independant newsagents and superdrug (they sell papers and mags) nothing out on display at any of them, and blank faces from assistants at every one of them when i asked. Bit miffed as the speel for national magazine week is to increase sales of mags (they have a web page) with downloadable posters etc for the retail outlets, yet non of them round here knew anything about it.

Rant over, will try asda's later, thats all i got left round here!!!!

I found some of these in Asda today by the magazine shelfs - but not same as co-op vouchers. Still had about £5 worth of vouchers in though...

I asked in the (largish) co-op near me and was given a blank look, then told try next week?? ermmmmmm doh... its magazine week THIS week?!??! Pah to co-op! lol

Coupon-mad

I found some more in a smaller Co-op today, but can't find the BBC magazine ones anywhere, anyone want to swap as I have loads of the main leaflets.

BTW are the Asda ones Asda-specific please? Trying to work out if it's worth the trip as I don't want to use wrong 'uns in Tesco, my 'couponing life' depends upon me using redeemable ones I reckon, no point biting the hand that feeds.

Any chance you could give us a breakdown of the voucher content? Asda is quite a distance from me so if there are some individual high value vouchers in there( £1+) then I'll get my car keys....

Got some of these i Martins today- the use by dates are a bit confusing but about half are to use before Sept 24th and half for October.

I just got some in Sainsburys and they are the same as the ones from Martins Newsagent (exact same leaflet, non-store specific). I had to look on a shelf by the cigarette kiosk though, Sainsburys didn't put these by the magazines like the Co-op did.

I think the Co-op have made more of an effort with proper leaflet holders & posters about magazine week clearly with the mags, also producing their own version of the leaflet with the extra coupons being Co-op specific. But once you've discarded the 'Co-op only' ones, you still have about the same amount in nss coupons as with the other leaflet, so makes no odds where you get them from really.
