It's change week. Weather has gone colder so swapping from salads to stews :)

Breakfasts - Porridge or fat free plain yogurt with a spoonful of homemade jam stirred in
Lunches - Homemade ready meals, leftovers from evening meals. Sausage and lentil risotto today.

    Dinners:
Monday - Peppered beef stew with horseradish dumplings
Tuesday - Pork curry - the meat is already cooked, left over from Sunday roast
    Wednesday - risotto
Thursday - at parents for dinner
    Friday - Homemade pizza
Saturday - Chilli - will make extra for next weeks lunches
Sunday - Toad in the hole

Shopping list not written yet. I plan first then write the list, but I know I have too much food in my cupboards, fridge and freezer at the moment, so plan to use stuff up rather than buy more, so list should be short this week, and I reckon shopping budget should be £25ish, but that includes cat food and loo roll.
