Instant dismissal over phone

I know I worked in the care industry for eights years but in a learning disability this was dementia and its really hard going I was getting too emotionally taxed, its not for me I realise that, how will I be able to get another job after this never been sacked before no one will want to touch me now even if I do explain it was the job makes me look weak which I am at the moment thanks for all the replies everyone.

You tell them the truth. You realised that the job was not for you. Just because you can't handle one thing doesn't mean you can't handle another, and you have already proven that. It didn't work out and you say that you accept your employer was right to come to the same conclusion. That's a mature response and most employers would get it.
