To Help to Buy or not - that is the question...

Options
My husband and I are about to buy our first (new build) home. We will be able to make a 15% deposit but probably not much more than that.
Is it better for us to do Help to Buy or not? I appreciate this will depend somewhat on the numbers in terms of cost of house, mortgage rates etc - does anyone know of any resources to help work this out?
Thank you for any help you can give me.

This question is unanswerable but anyone but yourselves.

It depends on how much you have to spend, where your want to live, the type of property you want, your attitude to money and what is available - that is just a starting point.
